I started Fadeaway in 2020 because I know first hand what it feels like to be sidelined by pain and tension. Growing up with a passion for sport I experienced the difference that proper hands-on care can make — and I wanted to bring that to everyone in Gloucestershire. For the past 5 years I have worked with athletes, gym goers, desk workers and everyone in between. Every single session is tailored specifically to your body and your goals. No two people are the same and no two sessions should be either.
I am fully qualified, fully insured and genuinely passionate about helping people feel better and move freely. Whether you are dealing with a sports injury, chronic tension, stress or just need an hour to switch off completely — I am here for it.
