Secure Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment processors. We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not store your card details.

Payment Timing

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your appointment is only confirmed once payment has been received. Unpaid bookings may be released after 30 minutes.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Current prices:

  • 30 Minute Relaxation Massage £30
  • 60 Minute Treatment £50
  • 90 Minute Treatment £70
  • First Time Customer Offer: 60 Minute Session £30
  • Packages: 2 Sessions £90, 3 Sessions £120

Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect bookings already paid.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be purchased online and are processed immediately through Stripe. Gift cards are valid for 12 months and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Refunds

Our refund policy is linked to our cancellation policy. Refunds are processed through Stripe and appear within 3 to 5 business days. More than 48 hours notice: full refund. Less than 48 hours notice: 50 percent refund. No-show: no refund.
