Fadeaway Sports Massage and Therapy is operated by Courtney Simpson trading as Fadeaway Sports Massage and Therapy, based at NOVA Hair And Beauty, 36 Bristol Road, Gloucester, GL1 5SD. All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once payment has been received in full. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances and will provide as much notice as possible. We offer both mobile appointments across Gloucestershire and clinic appointments at NOVA Hair And Beauty on selected dates.

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will receive a 50 percent refund of the booking fee paid. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is required in full at the time of booking. All prices are in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect bookings already paid for.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift card value can be used toward any treatment or package offered by Fadeaway Sports Massage and Therapy.

It is your responsibility to inform Courtney of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy or allergies before your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may be unsafe for you. Treatment is given in good faith based on the information provided by the client. We accept no liability for adverse reactions arising from inaccurate or incomplete health information provided by the client.

The loyalty programme is provided as a goodwill gesture and may be withdrawn or amended at any time. Loyalty rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Free session rewards are valid for 90 days from the date they are issued.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fadeaway Sports Massage and Therapy shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific treatment in question.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
