Growing up with a passion for sport and fitness, Courtney experienced first hand how the right hands on care could be the difference between being sidelined and getting back to doing what you love. That personal experience drove him to qualify as a sports massage and therapy specialist and dedicate himself to mastering every technique he offers, from deep tissue and myofascial release to cupping therapy and relaxation massage.
